​Hi, I’m Tori — owner, artist, and educator behind Tori Celina Beauty.
​
I began my career in the beauty industry in 2011, and in 2017 I found my passion for permanent makeup. Since then, I’ve spent years refining my techniques, working with clients of all ages and skin types, and developing an approach centered around one thing: creating beautiful, natural results that still feel like you.

Today, I specialize in hyper-realistic Nano Brows, Nano Combo Brows, Ombre Brows, and natural permanent makeup, with a particular love for creating soft, realistic brows. Rather than traditional microblading, my hairstroke work is created entirely with a permanent makeup machine and ultra-fine needles, allowing me to customize every stroke pattern, shape, and color to the individual client.

For me, permanent makeup has never been about creating the same brow on everyone. Your facial structure, natural hair growth, skin type, lifestyle, and personal style all play a role in the design. Whether you're looking to subtly enhance the brows you already have or recreate brows where little to no natural hair remains, my goal is always for the finished result to feel like it belongs to you.

Education has also become a huge part of Tori Celina Beauty. After years behind the machine, I now teach both new and experienced permanent makeup artists through my hands-on Nano Brow trainings, advanced education, apprenticeship opportunities, and online courses. My classes are intentionally small and hands-on because I want my students to leave with more than a certificate — I want them to understand the technique, the artistry, and the business behind building a career in permanent makeup.

As Tori Celina Beauty continues to evolve, I’m also expanding my focus on advanced, non-invasive skin treatments and bringing new technology and treatment options into my practice. Just like my approach to permanent makeup, I’m drawn to treatments that enhance what’s already there while keeping results natural.

More than a decade after entering the beauty industry, I still genuinely love what I do. Whether you're sitting in my chair for a treatment or standing beside me learning a new technique, my goal is for you to feel comfortable, informed, and confident in the process.
