DEPOSITS

ALL OUR ARTISTS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH OUT LOSING YOUR DEPOSIT. ANY LAST MINUTE CANCELATIONS OR NO SHOWS WILL REQUIRE YOU TO MAKE A NEW DEPOSIT TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.

LATE POLICY

WE HAVE A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, IF YOU ARE LATER THAN 15 MINUTES YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT AND WILL NEED TO SCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT. WITH THIS IN MIND PLEASE LEAVE EARLY ENOUGH TO GIVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TIME TO FIND PARKING.

RESULTS

HEALED RESULTS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON SKIN TYPE AND CONDITION, METABOLISM, GENETICS, LIFESTYLE, AND HOW WELL THE AFTERCARE WAS FOLLOWED. THERE WILL BE NO GUARANTEES ON HOW YOUR BROWS WILL HEAL. 

PREVIOUS WORK AND CORRECTIONS

UNFORTUNATELY NOT ALL PREVIOUS WORK CAN BE GONE OVER OR CORRECTED. THE BROWS MUST BE AT LEAST 85-90% FADED FOR US TO GO OVER THEM. THIS IS BECAUSE IF THE BROWS ARE STILL TOO SATURATED YOU WILL NOT SEE CRISP BEAUTIFUL STROKES, IT WILL MORE THAN LIKELY BLEND INTO THE PREVIOUS WORK TURNING INTO A BLURRY POWDER BROW. WE ALSO WILL HAVE LESS FREEDOM WITH OUR PATTERNS AND SHAPE IF THE PREVIOUS WORK IS STILL TOO SATURATED. IF THE SHAPE IS VERY OFF OR AN UNNATURAL COLOR IT WILL BE CONSIDERED A CORRECTION AND CHARGED AS SUCH.
